Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 40+ properties on the market at any one time. Without the overheads of high street estate agents I only need to market a limited number of properties each month. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their property and potential buyers. Open Houses have become more popular in the past few years and can be a good way to generate interest in your home and attract more buyers to your property. Open Houses are usually held on weekends to maximise attendance but these can of course be tailored to your own requirements.
